I'm Geraldine Koh, a real estate advisor with PropNex Realty serving families across Singapore. My clients would tell you I'm calm, thorough, and more likely to talk you out of a bad deal than into one.
Working philosophy
Honest first, fast second
A property transaction is usually the largest financial decision a family makes in a decade. I'd rather take an extra week to get the numbers right than rush you into a commitment you'll question later.
Three commitments shape how I work:
- You'll hear the downside. Every unit, every project and every timing decision has trade-offs. I put them in front of you before you commit — including on properties I'm marketing.
- The numbers come from evidence. Pricing views are based on actual recent transactions in your block or estate, and I'll show you the data I'm using.
- No pressure, ever. If the right answer for your family is "wait a year", that's the advice you'll get. Clients come back precisely because I don't push.
